100,000 Opportunities and GetSchooled
National Youth Hiring Day needed to turn online attention into participation in a virtual hiring event. Young people needed both an invitation and practical encouragement to feel ready to engage with employers.
Creative addressed different moments in the journey: introduce the opportunity, build confidence, encourage registration, and remind people to participate. A shared visual system helped partners extend the campaign while keeping the message recognizable.
The campaign combined expressive type, bright color, portrait photography, and direct messages such as “Put Your Best Self Forward.” Social ads, website content, video, and a partner toolkit created a connected path from awareness to registration and event participation.
