Older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers needed clearer information about local transportation options. A national campaign also had to adapt to the services, audiences, and resources of individual communities.
Every Ride Counts uses approachable messaging, representative photography, and adaptable layouts to promote transportation services. Flyers, outdoor advertising, social creative, and local materials connect a shared campaign identity with community-specific information.

The original project credits name designers Annette Allen, Debbie Rappaport, Lindsey Smith, Katelynne Vizcayno, and Khanh Pham. Later campaign materials involved additional Hatcher and local partner teams.

The archived campaign and later pilot materials show how Every Ride Counts developed across communities and formats. Hatcher’s case study documents two pilot rounds involving ten local campaign strategies. The selected work brings the earlier n4a and later USAging/NADTC materials into one project story.
