Challenge
ASCD and Scholastic’s Literacy Leaders’ Institute needed materials that would help education leaders carry professional learning into district- and school-level planning.
Creative Strategy
The action planner translated the institute experience into a practical working document. The workbook and poster gave participants a structure for identifying priorities and planning literacy improvements beyond the event.
